My name is Nichola Cook and I am a personal trainer operating in Chichester.

My commitment as a personal trainer is to work with you to achieve your health and fitness goals in the most effective way.

These goals may include: weight loss, increase in fitness, flexibility and mobility, enhanced health, and improved body profile and self confidence.

Each exercise programme is designed specifically for each of my clients, but typically each programme includes:

  • Face to face consultation to understand your aspirations, so that we can define your goals and decide how we can work together to achieve them
  • Full body assessment
  • Personal training sessions with focus on technique to maximise results
  • Exercises to do on your own
  • Continual review of your goals and exercise adaptations as you improve
